Ferguson is currently seeking a Sales Project Manager to join our team! This position will focus on Commercial, Hospitality, and Multi-family projects. As a Sales Project Manager you will be an expert in process efficiency and organization. You will be committed to customer satisfaction, cultivation of strong partnerships with vendors and manufacturers, and work closely with Account Managers. With an eye for detail and strategic approach to scheduling and deliveries, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring seamless project execution.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm EST (Possible Overtime)Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget
Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs
Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project
Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers
Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems and minimize delays
Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform calculations
Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team
Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment
Provide a high level of assistance to program/project managers to ensure projects are carried out according to plan
Qualifications
1-3 years of inside sales and Project Management experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
Commercial plumbing finish and rough knowledge preferred.
Knowledge in Project management, estimation, fixture quotations, or purchasing of plumbing goods is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Access, etc.)
Detail-orientated with a proven ability to organize and prioritize work

Pay Range:$4,500.00 - $9,716.30
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
